BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

The best price guarantee is our promise to guests who book directly through our own website.

Resort de Parel guarantees that our own website offers the lowest room rate for matching room types, dates, conditions, and prices (room conditions) at the time of booking and within 24 hours thereafter (best price guarantee).

If you find a published price that is lower at the time of booking under the same room conditions (competitive rate) and inform Resort de Parel, then Resort de Parel will match the competitive rate within 24 hours of placing the reservation via our website.

Claims under this best price guarantee are only valid if they meet all conditions.
 
CONDITIONS

1. Room Conditions:
   1. Matching room type: The best price guarantee applies to a competitive room type that largely corresponds to a room type that can be booked through Resort de Parel's website. Competitive room types largely correspond in features such as view, amenities, bedding, and room size, solely at the discretion of Resort de Parel (competitive room).
   2. Matching dates: The lower rate must be available online for an equivalent room with the same arrival and departure dates.
   3. Matching conditions: All price or rate conditions, including (but not limited to) prepayment, deposit, or other conditions, must be equal to or stricter than the conditions found for comparison on Resort de Parel's website. For example, if you reserve a room via Resort de Parel's website that can be canceled free of charge, you cannot compare it to a room on another website (competitive website) with a price that must be paid in advance or is non-refundable. However, if you book a non-refundable rate via our website, you can compare it to a rate on a competitive website that is cancelable or refundable. The best price guarantee does not apply to reservations on websites where reservation details are only known after purchase.
2. Matching Prices: The room price must be offered, booked, and paid in the currency of the holiday park. Additional costs such as surcharges for an extra person are not covered by the guarantee. For a multi-night stay, the average price per night on a competitive website is compared with the average price per night for a multi-night reservation via Resort de Parel's website. Unpublished rates: The best price guarantee does not apply to unpublished rates. Unpublished rates include rates that are not available to the general public. Rates not available to the general public include, but are not limited to: Business discounts.

   3. Rates that require membership in a club, a loyalty program, or another organization, where the rates are tailored to a specific group of people and not intended for the general public.
   4. Direct mail campaign
   5. Email campaign
   6. Rates that require a discount code or coupon
   7. Lower rates available through 'Opaque' websites where the exact holiday park is only revealed after booking, also fall outside the guarantee.
3. Claim conditions: To claim this guarantee, you must send an email to info@deparel.com. This email must contain the following information: the name, the reservation number, and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or incorrect emails will not be processed. As claims for the best price guarantee must be processed before arrival, please submit your request at least 24 hours before arrival.
