Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at the resort. When selecting the number of guests, please also select the number of pets you will bring with you to ensure that your faithful friend can join you. The charge is 10.00- euro per day per pet.

Pets are not allowed in every accommodation. If you are allergic to certain pets, please let us know when booking or send us an e-mail and we will make sure you stay in accommodation where pets are not allowed.
By when do I have to pay for my stay?

While booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 20%.
21 weeks before arrival we ask you to pay half and
6 weeks before arrival the remaining balance.
For bookings made less than 21 weeks before arrival we require a 50% deposit.
If your arrival date is less than 6 weeks in the future we require a 100% deposit.

In case of cancellation, we follow the terms of the trade association of vacation parks (Hiswa/Recron) and charge the following terms and fees.
- For cancellation more than three months before the arrival date, 15% of the agreed price;
- For cancellation within three to two months before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed price;
- For cancellation within two to one month before the arrival date, 75% of the agreed price;
- For cancellation within one month before the arrival date, 90% of the agreed price;
- If canceled on the day of the arrival date, 100% of the agreed price.

Please contact us by phone or email in time for this. We will gladly help you find the accommodation that has both the desired facilities and the right location. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the desired place is still available for the desired period.

It is not possible to pay for your stay during check-out. You can pay in advance. You do this through one of our payment partners or by transferring the outstanding amount to the account number mentioned on the invoice. After payment we can check you in.

Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 18:00. Will you arrive after 18:00? Then please let us know. Then we will put your keys in the safe and you will receive an email about this which tells you how to check in yourself.

You can check out at the front desk until 10:00. On Sundays we have Lazy Sunday. You can check out until 20:00. You can leave the key in the safe on the outside of the reception.

You can book these when you make your reservation.

Unfortunately, there are no accommodations available for disabled persons at the moment. Accommodations are not equipped for wheelchair users. Please note that you have to use a small staircase of 3 steps at the entrance of the accommodation.

Where can I park?

We have a car-free park. During check-in accommodation you can park in front of the barrier. When you are checked in you can drive into the park to unload your luggage. Then you can park your car in the designated parking lot. (See website: Park Information > Map > P2)

The park manager is always present at the park. In case of emergencies you can call the reception desk. In life-threatening situations call the Emergency Number 112.

Not at the moment. We are working hard on this.

We have fiber optic internet in each apartment and of course wifi. The login code is in the kitchen cabinet.

All accommodations have a Nespresso coffee maker. With your welcome pack you will receive some cups from us. In our Parelshop we have a wide range of cups that you can purchase.

All our lodges and villas have air conditioners that can cool and heat. There are no air conditioners in the Glamping tents.

The beds are neatly made when you arrive. There are 2 towels per person and a towel and tea towel in the kitchen.

There are no televisions in the accommodations. The accommodations do have high-speed internet. Through your smart devices you can therefore still follow your favorite movies and series.
