Warm welcome to Resort de Parel!

We have established this house rules to ensure you enjoy a pleasant and trouble-free stay. We kindly request that you treat the accommodation and the surroundings as you would expect guests to treat your own home and living environment. No one wants to intentionally damage anything, but accidents can happen. Therefore, we appreciate it if you report any damage to the reception as soon as possible. This helps us provide the next guests with an equally enjoyable stay!

Furniture placed indoors must not be taken outside. Outdoor furniture is provided for that purpose.
Furniture should not leave its designated area to prevent potential damage.
Check-in at our accommodations is from 4:00 PM.
Check-out on the departure day is until 10:00 AM.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM after notifying the reception.
Visitors can park their vehicles in the parking area.
Overnight stays are possible if accommodations are available and in consultation with Resort de Parel. Please inquire about the possibilities at the reception.
Visitors must agree to the house rules upon entering the resort.

Noise Disturbance

We kindly request that you avoid causing noise disturbance after 10:00 PM. Be considerate to your neighbors, and they will do the same for you.
Between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the night period applies. During this time, making any form of noise, whether inside or outside the accommodation, is not allowed. Please be mindful of your neighbors after 10:00 PM.
The use of sound-amplifying equipment is permitted, but please be aware of potential noise disturbance and consider your surroundings. If you persistently cause disturbances, the landlord has the right to terminate the accommodation rental immediately, without a refund of rent and deposit.

Pets

Pets are allowed in designated accommodations. Outside the accommodation, your pet must be on a leash.
On the resort, you will find signage indicating designated pet waste disposal areas. We ask that you clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. When you leave the accommodation, your pet must not be left alone to prevent potential damage.
Please do not allow your pet on the (garden) furniture or other furnishings.

Fire Safety

In no case may fires be made near or around the accommodations due to fire hazards.
You may only barbecue on the barbecue provided by us for safety reasons.
Smoking inside the accommodation is strictly prohibited.

Waste Disposal

Household waste should be disposed in the designated bins.
For sustainability reasons, please separate and dispose of waste in the correct containers. You can use the recycling station for this purpose.

Cleaning

The accommodation should be left broom-clean at the end of your stay. We will handle the final cleaning.
Please return all furniture to its original location.
The inventory should be clean and dry in the (kitchen) cabinets.
Trash should be removed from the accommodation.
Cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchen and in your welcome package.

Inspection and Maintenance

Resort de Parel reserves the right to enter rented accommodations for inspection and maintenance work, if necessary.

Fishing

The use of live bait is prohibited, and a fishing permit is required.
A maximum of 1 fishing rod per person may be used, and a maximum of 2 guests can fish at the same time per accommodation.
Barbless hooks must be used.

Emergency

In case of a fire, immediately call the fire department (112) and then inform the park supervisor.
In case of danger, contact the reception at +31(0)365227862 and select option 1 outside of opening hours.
In life-threatening situations, always call 112 first.

Parking

Resort de Parel has ample parking space and sufficient places. Parking your car anywhere other than in a designated parking spot on the park is not allowed.
Upon arrival and departure, we offer the option for guests to drive into the park for unloading. Afterward, your vehicle should be parked in the designated parking area.

Vehicles and Traffic

On the Park It is not allowed to place cars or other vehicles near the accommodation.
Upon arrival and departure, you may drive your vehicle up to the accommodation for loading and unloading.
A maximum speed of 15 km/h applies throughout the resort. Always consider traffic flow and possible emergency services.

Prohibitions

Camping in tents, caravans, or campers is not allowed.
Starting fires is not allowed.
Stretching clotheslines is not allowed.
Digging pits is not allowed.
Discharging wastewater is not allowed.
Smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed.
Possessing and/or using narcotics at Resort de Parel is not allowed.
Possessing firearms at Resort de Parel is not allowed.

Lost and Found

Found items can be handed in at the reception. If you realize you have lost an item after returning home, please contact our reception. We will arrange to send it to you if found.
